Scott had an appt. with Walkaide yesterday. The walkaide is an electrical stimulate that helps remind your foot to pick itself up. Because of the electrical running through the body Scott needs to be clearance from his neurologist due to a risk of seizures. Have I mentioned Scott has not had a seizure post op surgery.
Today Scott has an appointment to see about getting his AFO adjusted to help with walking. Scott also called me today to tell me Dr. Nick wants to start chemo on Thursday. It took the wind out of both our sails. I think we both knew it was coming but, seemed like it came out of nowhere. Of course I am a wreck and Scott was to begin it so he will be done with it.
